Customer Data Analytics Manager

Client Details

Our client is a large conglomerate with business across APAC. They are currently hiring a Customer Data Analytics Manager to perform end to end data management and analysis across membership and CRM program.

Description

  • Work with business team to launch new loyalty program that covering multiple business streams including hospitality, shopping malls, cinema, community services and internal employee benefits with earn and burn function.
  • Lead all the data related projects including database architecture design, analytical/ operational
  • dashboard development, campaign evaluation and fulfilment, app behaviour tracking in gathering insights that drive business growth.
  • Lead the data migration project from 5 existing loyalty programs in transferring members information,
  • available points and coupons to the new program which will be activated during member registration.
  • Look after the financial model in balancing the P&L of the program and other supporting BUs, set KPI/
  • budget of the program and refine ways to achieve them with Marketing/ Operation team based on
  • analytics insights.
  • Design right moment for real-time and segment based marketing journey on member communication.
  • Analyse the effectiveness of marketing campaign and communication for member acquisition, spending behaviour and app browsing behaviour etc. and conduct presentation to senior management.
  • Design the app UI/ UX and business requirement of app function in providing a better customer experience, manage the external vendors to complete the project phases closely stick with the timeline.
  • Set detail logistic of the program and guide the operation/ CS team in following the operation flow.


Profile

  • Bachelor in Data Science, Statistics, Information Management or relevant disciplines
  • 6+ years experience in Customer Data Analytics
  • Hands on with SQL, Python/SAS, Power BI/ Tableau
  • Strong experience and well versed with business model of a complex and matrix loyalty/ CRM program (B2B2C)
  • Salesforce/ D365 experience
  • Strong in managing multiple stakeholders across cross-functional teams and vendors
  • Strong in data analysis, modelling and insight discovery across member acquisition, transactions, retention, post redemtion pattern, campaign and activities etc.
  • Retail/ Property/ Hospitality/ Telecom/ Insurance background is preferred
  • Good command in Chinese and English
