Administrative Officer

Job Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years of administrative experience preferably in a sizable organization
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in PC skills including MS Office Word and Excel
  • Strong supervisory, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, multi-tasks and responsible


Responsibilities:

  • Perform administrative duties for the daily operations, including but are not limited to office equipment & furniture maintenance, office renovation, and wine room management
  • Coordinate and liaise with vendors or supplier to ensure the delivery of higher-quality product and services
  • Work closely with all departments on administrative related issues to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of office operations
  • Maintain up-to-date inventory records and prepare monthly data reports
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Administration Manager
