Company: A large Property Developer
Position: Customer Services Ambassador
Responsibilities: Based at the CS / Information counter of the shopping mall. Answer customer inquiries on events and promotional campaigns. Gift redemption. Provide other ad hoc assistance to customers.
$17-23K. 5-day. Medical. Bonus

Requirements

Secondary educated or above
Min. 1 year customer services experience preferably gained in travel / hospitality industry
Good communication skills
Polite, pleasant, friendly
Good command of Cantonese, English, Putonghua
Willing to work on shift.
More experienced candidates will be considered as Supervisor.
