Customer Service Officer (Sales Order)

The Job

  • Client: A Multi-National Electronics Distributer
  • Position: Customer Service Officer
  • Responsibilities: Working under the CS Supervisor and responsible for answering incoming calls and emails from worldwide customers; Prepare quotations and sales invoices.; Sales order processing; Liaise with US HQ on the shipment of goods; Handle and resolve complaints
  • $18-20K. 5-Day. Double Pay. Medical.

 

Requirements

  • Higher Diploma or above
  • Min. 2 years experience in sales support / customer services preferably from sizeable companies
  • Relevant experience in preparing quotations, invoices
  • Ecellent communication and language skills to handle worldwide customers
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
