The Company :

Professional firm providing services including auditing, accounting, corporate service & corporate finance with 100 staff in Hong Kong office
We are looking for Accountant (in-house Accounting Team) – with details as follows :

The Job :

Work in in-house Accounting Team of 4 members
Generate invoices using Xero or Odoo systems;
Supervise and oversee Accounts Receivable with division managers;
Perform bank statement reconciliations to ensure accuracy with financial records in Xero / Odoo;
Utilize WeChat to communicate with colleagues in Shanghai and Shenzhen;
Ensure the reconciliation of current accounts within the group companies; and
LCC Higher/Diploma or higher qualification in Accounting or related field;
Good in Excel and willing to learn computerized accounting systems;
Proficient of English and Chinese languages
No trips is required
