• We are looking for Admin Officer / Senior Admin Officer (2 vacancies) - with details as follows :

The Job :

• Report to Office Manager
  
• Provide daily support to the Office Manager & management team
  
• Travel arrangement
  
• Meetings scheduling
  
• Purchase & monitor office supplies
  
• Handle correspondence
  
• Coordinate with internal teams and external parties
  
• Coordinate, prepare, consolidate and compile of documents & reports
• Update Company database
  
• Tertiary education
  
• Over 2-3 year administrative support or secretarial related experience in any business
  
• Proficient in English & Chinese; Mandarin is a plus
  
• Experience in engineering consulting / building / construction sector is an advantage
  
• No trips is required
  
• 5 days work
