Asset and Liability Management Manager

  • Assist in overseeing the bank’s interest rate and liquidity risk, as well as establishing respective risk management policies, procedures and system maintenances
  • Assist in reviewing the bank’s balance sheet management and funding strategies
  • Preparing regular MIS reports for ALCO, Risk Committee and other Senior Management Committees
  • Preparing Committees’ meeting minutes and regular ALM related analytical reports to Parent Bank
  • Monitoring of compliance with the established control measures and conducting respective stress tests
  • Degree holder or above in Accounting, Finance or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5, with CFA or FRM is preferable
  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience of asset and liability management or management accounting in banking sector and able to handle the HKMA’s relevant SPM requirements
  • Familiar with the PC based application programming (Excel, VBA or SQL), and experience in Oracle Financial Services Applications is an advantage

 

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Deputy Asset and Liability Management Manager
