Section Head, Project (Facility Management)

  • Manage the tendering process of all outsourced works
  • Liaise with different stakeholders in formulation of project brief and establishment of user requirements
  • Coordinate/supervise of all consultants and contractors for design and construction matters
  • Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
  • Manage the daily operations including monitoring of procurement & budgeting related issue
  • Conduct feasibility studies and valuations works of projects
  • Degree holder or above in Business Administration, Real Estate, Surveying or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5
  • Minimum 8 years’ relevant working experience preferably gained from property developers or property consultancy companies
  • Experience in company relocations and renovation projects will be an advantage
  • Possess recognized qualifications of Member of MRICS/MHKIS or equivalent will be an advantage
  • Self-motivated, innovative, detail-minded and with strong analytical skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English

 

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Deputy Manager, Facilities Management
