General Manager (60K-80K) – electrical appliance manufacturer (Dongguan/Kwai Fong)

• We are looking for General Manager – with details as follows :

• Report to US Director
  
• Fully responsible for managing HK office and Dongguan factory
  
• Degree in Manufacturing / Engineering / Management Studies; or equivalent
  
• At least 10 year experience in managerial position 
• At least 10 year experience in electrical appliance industry
• Monitor all the departments including factory, engineering, sales, purchasing and shipping; with focus in assisting the Engineering Team to complete the projects in a timely manner
  
• Develop and implement business plan for profitability
• Assist in budget preparation and expense management activities.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing program and recommend improvements.
• Develop strategies to improve overall quality and productivity.
• Generate business, cost and employee reports to management.
• Schedule regular team meetings to discuss about business updates, issues and recommendations.
• Respond to employee concerns in timely manner.
• Provide direction and guidance to employees in their assigned job duties
• Determine staffing requirements and ensure that office positions are filled promptly.
• Lead and manage administrative, logistical, human resources, and accounting services to support company operations.
• Fluent in spoken and written English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
  
• Mainly work in Dongguan; occasionally work in Hong Kong office
  
• 5 days work
  
• Mon to Fri : 9am-5pm (Hong Kong)
• Mon to Fri : 9am-5:30pm (Dongguan)
  
• Company shuttle bus provided daily betweern Lo Wu and Dongguan factory 
• Accommodation and meals provided in Dongguan
