Retail Sales Coordinator (17K-18K) - FMCG distributor / wholesaler / retailer (Chai Wan MTR/5 days)

The Company :

• Hong Kong company over 100 years history in FMCG brand management
  
• Food importer, marketer, brand management, distributor & supply chain management
  
• Main items : dried fruit & nuts, beverages, biscuits, confectioneries, honey, olive oil, tea & coffee, canned seafood....etc
  
• Main customer categories : modern trade, department stores, supermarket chain, e-commerce, bakeries, hotels & restaurants....etc
• We are looking for Retail Sales Coordinator  - with details as follows :
  

The Job :

• Work in Sales & Marketing Team of 8-10 members
• Perform order processing and coordination
  
• Prepare quotations, invoices and other sales documentation
  
• Coordinate with internal departments, customers and logistics service providers
  
• Monitor order status to meet delivery
  
• Other clerical supporting work
  
• F.5 graduates
  
• Over 1-2 years clerical or sales coordination experience
  
• Experience in supporting sales team is a plus
  
• Experience in food or FMCG distributor / wholesaler / retailer / trading companies is a plus
  
• 5 days work : 9am-6pm
• Annual leave : 12 days
