Client Details

My client is a popular fashion retailer and is looking for a Senior Executive who is an excellent team member to a training team lead by a senior manager;

Description

• Conduct training programs and skills workshops for front line promoters
• Work closely with Senior Training Manager in designing, adapting, and implementing relevant training solutions including e-learning, classroom training and workshops
• Provide training feedback to Retail Manager on enhance training efficiency and effectiveness
• Conduct regular store visit and attachment for preparing quick-fix workshop
• Maintain training record, prepare training report and follow up

Profile

• Education in relevant discipline
• At least 4 years managerial experience in premium fashion
• Passionate in fashion, retail industry
• Excellent communication skills
• Keen to travel
