Description

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements related to core banking systems.
• Conduct comprehensive and detailed business process analysis to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
• Translate business requirements into clear and concise technical specifications for development teams
• Work closely with technical teams to design solutions that align with business requirements and adhere to industry best practices.
• Create detailed system design documents, data models, workflow diagrams, and other relevant documentation to facilitate the development and implementation of core banking solutions.
• Ensure that the technical documentation is comprehensive, accurate, and accessible to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the core banking domain.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Proficient in technical writing with the ability to create clear, concise, and comprehensive documentation.
• Knowledge of core banking systems, banking products, and financial industry regulations.
• Familiarity with database concepts, data modeling, and SQL.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
