Product Manager - Health Supplement/ Health Food

Client Details

Our client is a well-known health supplement company. To cope with the company's expansion and market demands, they are now looking for a Product Manager to join their marketing team.

Description

• Develop and oversee the life cycle strategy for products, setting clear goals, initiatives, and roadmap, product pricing, positioning strategies, compliance, and product information management.
• Collaborate with different stakeholders and partners to propose and finalize trade mechanics. Follow up on trade activity execution, update the trade calendar, and monitor competitors' activities across various sales channels.
• Play a key role in new product development, working closely with R&D and various departments in sourcing new suppliers and overseeing production stages.
• Conduct market research to identify potentials, manage the implementation of product launch plans, and generate new marketing ideas for existing products.
• Drive integrated marketing strategies, encompassing digital marketing and O2O strategies, to support business goals and achieve brand KPI.
• Regularly review inventory levels and production schedules to ensure product availability and optimize stock management.
• Collaborate closely with the Retail Marketing Team, Retail Operation Team, and diverse sales channels to develop and execute effective promotion campaigns.

Profile

The successful candidate should be a degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing or other related disciplines and have a minimum of 10 years' experience in health supplement and health food industry.

Experience in product marketing and portfolio management is highly preferred.

Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
