Insurance Specialist (Banking Job)

Our Clients, a well-established local bank in Hong Kong, is now looking for candidates to fit their post of Insurance Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Promote various insurance products, but mainly universal life insurance
• Discuss strategic planning with RMs
• Motivate and coach the RMs to achieve targets
• Provide selling skills training to colleagues
• Participate in strategic planning for the growth of insurance revenue
• Achieve assigned insurance sales targets
• Conduct marketing activities to drive new business opportunities

Requirements

• 3 years’ working experience of life insurance seling
• Passes in theIIQE 1, 2, 3
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
