Head of Finance (Manufacturing / HK Public Listed Co.)

Requirements

• At least 10 years relevant experience in Public Listed Company / Manufacturing industry
• Degree in Finance / Accounting or related disciplines
• Qualified Accountant is a MUST
• Familiar with HK Listing Rules
• Proficiency in MS Office, Chinese Word Processing and SAP system
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Occasional travel to China is required

Responsibilities

• Report to CFO
• Develop and implement long-term financial strategies, goals, and objectives for the Group's portfolio of companies
• Maintain a strong financial and accounting system to provide the management with timely and accurate financial information, treasury matter, tax planning and cost analysis
• Lead, motivate and supervise team member to prepare closing report, budgets and cash flow forecast
• Ensure the adequacy and effectiveness of financial and operational flows and driving the implementation of effective procedures, controls and systems
• Provide strategic input to Chief Financial Officer for driving the business growth
• Monitor & rectify financial performance and risks
• Handle of fund management to ensure liquidity work
• Handle ad-hoc projects
