We are looking for Customer Service Clerk - with details as follows :

The Job :

Report to Customer Support Supervisor.
Work in Customer Service team of 6-8 members
Provide professional customer support and coordinate shipment
Respond to inquiries from external customers to enhance customer relations
Create cases related to packed shipments and coordinate payment and/or shipping instructions.
Assist customers with inquiries by calls and by emails
Monitor a list of packed orders daily
Create cases to notify customers of their packed orders
Coordinate payment and/or shipping instructions
Frequent follow up to ensure shipments are confirmed by the customer in a timely manner
Collaborate effectively across Sales and Warehouse teams
Over 1 year customer service / clerical / shipping / logistics / trading or related work experience
Experience in garment trims or packaging is a plus
5 days work (Mon to Fri 9am-6pm)
Annual leave : 12 days
