Settlement Clerk / Settlement Officer

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for daily securities settlement processing.
  • Handling the corporate action for all equities markets.
  • Handle the clients' fund deposit and withdrawal.
  • Assist in Daily operation of relevant internal and external back office systems.
  • Liaise with relevant parties to follow up any settlement and operation related issues and enquiries.
  • Assisting in ad-hoc duties as assigned by manager.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education or above.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in securities settlement.
  • Familiar with CCASS and internal settlement systems.
  • Able to work independently, self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure.
  • Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese (Mandarin is a Must).
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office applications and Chinese word processing.
  • Familiar with iAsia systems would be an advantage.
