Main market : China and Asian countries
Asian offices : Vietnam, China, Taiwan, Singapore and Malaysia
We are looking for Operation Officer - with details as follows :

The Job :

Tertiary education
Proficient in English, Chinese and Mandarin
Over 2-3 years shipping / logistics / operations / order processing in trading or manufacturing of any products
Experience in chemicals trading is an advantage
Report to Operation Manager
Work in Operations team of 4 members
Arrange and follow up shipments in Asia
Coordinate full set of shipping documents and delivery arrangement in Asia region
Perform order processing and related documentation
Coordinate with suppliers, clients, China & Asian offices for operation arrangement
5 days work
13 months salary + performance bonus
Annual leave : 12 days
Medical insurance
