Technical Support Engineer (22K-25K X 13) - audiovisual system integrator (Wong Chuk Hang MTR/5 days)

• Audio Visual system design & integration for corporate customers in Hong Kong & Asia
• Main customers : banking, financial institutions, events, multinational companies, hotels, universities, government ...etc
• We are looking for Audio Visual Technical Support Engineer  - with details as follows :

The Job :

• You will be the initial contact point for customers both internal and external. 
• Ensure customers are receiving prompt and efficient technical support of Professional Audio Visual, Video Conferencing, and Unified Communication solutions
• Respond to inbound phone calls and email inquires
• Troubleshoot, document and issue remediation methodologies for clients
• Provide client support to users in the operation and configuration of videoconferencing systems
• Follow up on open issues with escalation groups to provide feedback to customers
• F.5 / F.6 graduates
• Tertiary education is a plus
• Studies in Engineering / IT / Telecommunications is an advantage
• Over 1-2 years audio-visual system / teleconferencing or related experience
• Ability to troubleshoot basic AV and Video Teleconferencing issues
• 5 days work
• 13 months salary + performance bonus
• Annual leave : 15 days
