We are looking for Japanese speaking Warehouse Officer – with details as follows :

The Job :

Report to Japanese Director
Lead warehouse team of 10 members
Responsible for logistics operation including warehousing and delivery transportation.
Responsible for the daily operation of in/outbound shipment.
Manage daily warehouse operation such as pick & pack, loading & unloading, re-labelling, storage, good return and warehouse security.
Implement and monitor inventory control to ensure stock flow accuracy.
Liaise with related internal departments, factory and customer.
Follow and communicate with clients and factories orders and requests.
Arrange rework. Check cost.
Over 5 year experience in warehouse
Good communication with teammates, factories and clients
Proficient in MS office such as Word and Excel.
Proficient of both written and spoken Japanese, English, Mandarin.
Experience in WMS is an advantage.
5 days work (Mon to Fri 9:00am-5:30pm)
14 months salary + performance bonus
