PMC Manager (50K-60K) – MNC electronic manufacturing service EMS (station America)

• Tertiary education; or a combination of lower academic qualifications with solid relevant experience
  
• Studies in Supply Chain Management, Business, Production, Materials,....etc will be a plus
  
• Over 8-10 years of solid experience in production and material control in the electronic manufacturing field
• Solid knowledge of electronic assembly
• Fluent in English , Cantonese and Putonghua
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
• Report to Head of PMC who is based in Headquarters
  
• Lead the implementation of ERP system & oversee manufacturing operations.
• Develop and maintain a master production schedule to ensure production targets are met
• Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the material planning process
• Maintain the production capacity records of manufacturing sites.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to reduce excess or obsolete inventory
• Lead the material planning team and provide guidance and support to team members
• Maintain effective and visible stock control (SAP) and achieve optimal stock level.
• Suppliers monitoring and material expediting to support relevant projects.
• Ensure regular performance monitoring and reporting on important deliverables, milestones and process throughout the supply chain.
• Support new product launches and critical deliveries.

• Station American Plant (1.5 hours from airport)
