PMC Manager - EMS electronic manufacturing service (Vietnam Hanoi)

The Company :

• An integrated electronics manufacturing services (EMS) provider
• Our customer base is continually growing and spans a wide geographical region including North America, Europe and the Asia pacific region.
• Factories : Guangdong (4000) & Vietnam (1000, expanding)
• We are looking for PMC Manager (station Vietnam) - with details as follows :

The Job :    

• Tertiary education
• 10 years + solid experiences of which preferably over 5 years in electronic manufacturing service
• Knowledge of ERP/MRPII/MES application, preferably familiarize with SAP system
• Proficient in English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
• Responsible for Master Schedule and Resource Planning (Manpower)
• Pro-actively fine tune Production Plans and maximize Production Capacity Utilization and Output ( Molding, Bonding , SMT , AISS , Automation Line and Casing Line)
• Coordinate with internal departments on Master Schedule, Finished Goods on time delivery to Customer and Material Management
• To achieve of company KPI (e.g. Stock turns, Revenue achievement, Excess…)
• Closely work with PMC Team in China factory for Planning and control job
• 5.5 days work
• Station Vietnam Hanoi (45 minutes from airport) 
• Accomodation and meals provided
