Accounts Clerk

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in Accounting or above
  • LCC&I level III or above
  • 2-3 years’ general accounting experience in trading companies or buying office preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Familiar with Quick Book Accounting System is an advantage
  • Able to work independently and under pressure to meet reporting deadline
  • Good command of English & Chinese
  • Willing to travel to China (not very much travel and not regular travel)


Responsibilities

  • Handle accounts payables & receivables
  • Prepare payment vouchers and receipts
  • Assist to prepare weekly/monthly accounting or analysis reports
  • Assist to maintain accounts of China office
  • Perform general duties such as filing and data entry
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
