Counter Services Officer (Teller)

  • Handle daily counter transactions at our branches, as well as promoting different kinds of retail banking services such as insurance and securities related products to potential customers.
  • F.6 or above or equivalent qualification at HKQF level 3, with at least 5 subjects at Grade E / Level 2 including Chinese, English and Mathematics in HKDSE.
  • Minimum 1 year’s relevant experience, passes in MPF, Insurance, Securities and Futures Intermediaries Examinations are preferable. (Qualified under SFO for handling Regulated Activities Types 1 & 4).
  • Customer-oriented with strong sales drive, presentable and detail-minded.
