Our client is a reputable financial services firm and has established for many years. They host a range of internal and external events from small scale to large scale. They are currently expanding their marketing event team and looking for candidates to join.

工作内容

• Develop event concepts and formats that align with the firm's brand and target audience
• Plan and manage event logistics, including venue selection, attendee management, speaker arrangement
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand event objectives and requirements
• Manage event time-lines and budget
• Provide on-site event support, including setup, coordination of activities, etc.
• Conduct post-event evaluations and analysis

理想的求职者

• 1-3 years of marketing experience in event management
• Experience in financial services industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, hospitality, or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Immediately available is preferred
