Human Resources Officer

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• 2-3 years of HR experience
• Self-motivated, meticulous, good analytical thinking and good interpersonal skills
• Familiar in MS Excel (vlookup, pivot table)
• Have good understanding of HR principles, processes and systems
• Have solid experience in using HR systems (WorkDay is an advantage)
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Mandarin

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide support to talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, talent development, performance
• management, employee engagement, etc.
• Be responsible for the daily operations including onboarding and offboarding formalities, data maintenance, benefits administration
• Prepare various HR reports and analyses including staff movement, manpower cost and budgeting, etc.
• Provide support on daily operations and assist in implementing HR projects from time to time
• Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned
