People & Culture Manager

This is an HRBP position with responsibilities to drive HR projects such as employee engagement, talent management, organization structure review.

Our client is a market leader and innovative brand with presence across the globe. They now seek an HRBP to join their team in Hong Kong.

Description

Reporting to the HR Lead and partnering with the TA and C&B counterparts, you will act as the HRBP to support the business leaders on manpower & budget planning, talent management, market benchmark and best practices and propose HR strategies to attract, retain and engage talents in the competitive retail and e-commerce business in Hong Kong. In addition to HRBP advisory, you will work with the team on employee engagement survey, analyse the data and provide insights and ideas on engagement activities, culture program and areas for improvement for the Hong Kong office. In addition, you will review the organization structure, each department's talent composition, performance, competence & capabilities and identify talent gaps to future proof the business's development.

Profile

The successful candidate will be degree qualified with solid experience working in fast paced environment such as retail, e-commerce, FMCG, pharmaceutical...etc. Aside from strength in HRBP, you will have experience in leading the employee engagement survey and a solid track record in proposing improvement plans to better engage the talents in your current or previous companies. We are looking for a team player with a commercial mindset as well as the interest and passion in driving the employee engagement and culture piece. Fluency in English and Cantonese is essential to the role.
