Our client is one of top FI company who mainly focusing on providing services in clearing, custody, financing, and risk management for different investment products. The department is currently looking for a Fund Operations officer (HK Equity/ Stock) to be responsible for managing settlement, reconciliation and daily processing for HK equity, stock and ETF products in HK market.

Description

• Responsible for monitoring and support daily processes for HK equity, stock and ETF processing
• Conduct daily settlement, reconciliation and operations duties
• Handle research and analysis for HK securities market
• Perform strong data analytical skills with data and reconciliation

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related disciplines, relevant working experience in HK equity, stock operation is a must, exposure in ETF products is preferred
• Knowledge in settlement/ reconciliation within securities, clearing and banking
• Strong reliable. Strives for accuracy and stability and able to works in a consistent manner
• Strong problem solver, conduct research and analysis in a time management skills
• Strong analytics, affinity with data and reconciliation, proactive and willing to learn skills
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel skills
• Good command in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin skills
