Description

  • Manage and oversee the profitability and development of cash management products for corporate banking clients, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy.
  • Drive the product development process, including identifying market trends, conducting competitive analysis, and gathering customer feedback to inform product enhancements and new product offerings.
  • Collaborate with product sales and IT teams to define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and ensure successful product launches.
  • Lead the product implementation efforts by working closely with cross-functional teams, including legal, compliance, risk, audit, and IT, to ensure regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and smooth system integration.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance and effectiveness of cash management products, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing product enhancements to optimize customer satisfaction and profitability.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes related to cash management products, and proactively recommend strategic initiatives to maintain competitiveness and drive innovation.
  • Provide guidance and support to the sales and relationship management teams, including training, product positioning, and sales enablement, to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, industry associations, and technology partners, to foster collaboration, gather market insights, and identify potential business opportunities.

 

Profile

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in cash management products for corporate banking clients, with a deep understanding of the industry landscape, market dynamics, and client needs.
  • Proven track record in product development and project management, including successfully launching new products and driving product enhancements.
  • Strong knowledge and expertise in cash management products, particularly in the areas of payment solutions, receivables management, and liquidity management.
  • Excellent leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate market trends, customer insights, and data into actionable product strategies and initiatives.
  • Sound understanding of legal, compliance, and regulatory requirements related to cash management products, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex ideas and strategies to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong drive for results and a customer-centric mindset, focused on delivering innovative and value-added solutions to meet client needs.
