The Company :

HK listed company
Trading & service provider of advanced industrial machinery imported from Japan for China & SE Asian market
China office : sales & service offices in major cities
Overseas office : Singapore, Taiwan & Indonesia
We are looking for Accountant – with details as follows :

The Job :

Report to Senior Finance Manager
Work in Accounting team of 8 members
Perform daily accounting tasks including AR, banking and financial reporting
Maintaining the billing system
Performing account reconciliations
Process month end closing
Liaise with internal and external parties on receivable related matters
Prepare relevant reports & schedules and support on monthly management reports
Liaise with auditors for interim and annual auditing
Tertiary education in Accounting or in related disciplines
2 - 3 years experience in general ledger or AR
Experience with Oracle system will be advantage
Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
No trips is required
5 days work
Annual leave : 12 days
