Supervisor (General Insurance Policy Administration)

Job Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in business management or relevant field(s);
  • 4 years' experience in general insurance operation and at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role will be of definite advantage;
  • Knowledge of insurance operations; and
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.


Responsibilities:

  • Monitor service delivery by putting proper control in the process and adjusting team resources;
  • Supervise the team to deliver customer service to agent / business partner;
  • Process policy servicing transactions in different administration system in complying with the process guidelines, target turnaround time and with zero error where necessary;
  • Collaborate with Customer Services, Claims and Underwriting teams in providing necessary supports in daily operations; and
  • Identify improvement opportunity and propose changes.
