Op Risk/ Third Party Risk Associate - Top European Bank!

Our client is a top Spanish bank and they are looking for a Operational Risk/ Third Party Risk Management Associate to join Asia Third Party Risk Management team to manage third party risk with the suppliers and to handle vendor management cycle including vendor selection, certification, contracting, service monitoring and termination. The candidate should have 3-4 years of working experience in third party risk/ operational risk within international bank.

They are now looking for an APAC Third Party Risk/ Operational Risk Management Associate to join the Asia Third Party Risk Management team to manage Asia third party suppliers with service managers and to handle vendor management cycle including vendor selection, certification, contracting, service monitoring and termination etc. to ensure the daily engagement protocols of the Asia branches are fully in line with the Group's requirements. The bank was ranked the 5th largest bank in Europe. They provide a full range of products and services to retail, private and corporate clients.

工作内容

  • Responsible for managing third party risk with service managers and specialized functions including Compliance, Legal, CISO etc. to ensure the daily engagement protocols of the Asia branches are fully in line with the Group's requirements
  • Handle vendor management cycle including vendor selection, certification, contracting, service monitoring and termination etc.
  • Maintain up-to-date information on the vendor inventory and implement the relevant control
  • Work closely with global Third-party risk management team for related procedures and policies implementation, workflow enhancement and system migration locally
  • Update the Asia Third party risk management related MIS including vendor population, Key Risk Indicator (KRI), exception requests and project update to Global Third-party risk management team
  • Coordinate with 2nd line of defence Non-Finance Risk on the Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) exercise including the control effectiveness assessment
  • Coordinate the internal audit and external audit requests, and implement the action plans timely


理想的求职者

  • Bachelor's degree with major in risk management, business related discipline
  • 3-5+ years of working experience in risk management in areas of third party risk/ vendor risk/ enterprise risk/ operational risk within international bank
  • Candidates from procurement or Big 4 within risk advisory are also welcomed
  • Strong ability to identify problems and seek practical solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and a great team player
