Company Secretarial Officer (Ref: SO-SEC)

• Attend to statutory filings for group companies
• Prepare minutes for board meetings, general meetings and other committees meetings of the Group companies
• Prepare annual / interim reports of the Group companies
• Degree holder in business related disciplines and student member of HKCGI
• 3 years of company secretarial experience in professional firms or listed companies
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Hands-on experience of MS office applications and Chinese word processing
