Section Head, System & Administration (Trade Finance)

  • Lead the team to provide systematic guidance and mentoring, monitor progress of project relating to trade finance progress and handle administrative work  
  • Prepare business requirements and documentations related to work flow, rules and regulations
  • Review functional specifications, provide comments for technical specifications, prepare user manuals and perform user training
  • Work with users to identify system needs and produce specifications for the system requirements
  • Liaise with various internal teams and external parties for the most effective and efficient solutions, coordinate User Acceptance Testing with end users
  • Degree holder in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5
  • Minimum 8 years' relevant working experience with solid business knowledge in banking operations, system development and project management experience is an advantage. Knowledge in trade finance is a must.  
  • Possess excellent leadership skills, analytical and problem solving skills, able to work under pressure
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and able to build and manage successful relationships with counterparts and IT team
