Manager, Risk Monitoring and Management (Retail Credit Management)

  • Conduct post-approval monitoring and ad-hoc review to identify potential credit risk and provide advice on risk mitigation measures.
  • Assist in formulating and reviewing credit risk management policy and mechanism with respect to retail credit.
  • Collaborate with relevant business units and risk management functions to enhance risk control and post-approval monitoring.
  • Keep abreast of market information and updates from regulatory bodies and industry alliances.
  • Prepare regulatory management reports and analysis.
  • Participate in projects in relation to credit control/ monitoring systems.
  • Degree holder or above with major in Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics or other related disciplines.
  • Minimum 5 years’ credit risk management/ credit monitoring experience in retail and SME banking industry.
  • Familiar with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Good analytical and communication skills.
  • Independent, proactive and detail-oriented.
  • Proficiency in MS office and data analysis.


Candidate with less experience will be considered as Deputy Manager, Risk Monitoring and Management
