Section Head, Custody Administration

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve the goals and provide professional customer service to asset custody clients 
  • Lead a team to deliver client on-boarding services and handle all relevant agreements or documents before execution 
  • Liaise with Business Units, establish and implement procedures manuals, workflows and control measures related to asset custody services
  • Communicate with third parties such as investment managers, banks, sub-custodians, lawyers and etc in order to provide high quality custody services
  • Participate on product development project
  • Perform ad-hoc project and assignment when required

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder or above with major in Law, Finance, Economics, Business or Banking related discipline or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5, with PMP certification is preferable
  • Preferably minimum 8 years experiences in global custody and banking industry
  • Familiar with custodian business with good knowledge on KYC, FATCA & CRS related matters
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in computer applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, WPS etc.), VBA Macro skill is an advantage
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese, Putonghua is a must

 

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Custody Administration Manager
