SOW Associate - Top US Investment/Private Bank!

Our client is a top American Investment/ Private Bank and they are currently looking for a SOW Associate to join their Account Management AML Advisory SOW team to handle SOW drafting and review, account analysis and KYC periodic review for UNW clients. The candidate should have 3-5 years of working experience in SOW write up, analysis or review with private banking industry or candidates from Big 4/ consulting background with SOW experience are welcomed too.

Our client is the one of the largest American Investment/ Private banks, headquartered in New York City. They are now looking for a Source of Wealth (SOW) Associate to join their Account Management AML Advisory SOW team to handle SOW drafting and review, account analysis and KYC periodic review. The private wealth management division provides highly personalized, best in class investment advice, execution services, wealth management and banking solutions to Ultra High Net Worth individuals and families across the region.

Description

• Responsible for Source of Wealth (SOW) write up/ review for accounts with risk ranking upgrade, account profiles analysis and review to identify gaps in SOW information and corroborations
• Perform KYC periodic review, sanity check and data collection analysis and work with Sales team for further corroborations
• Provide guidance to Sales team and perform desktop research to assist with benchmark analysis or account profiles updates
• Ensure name screening have been conducted and all adverse findings are cleared, documented and escalated properly
• Support Head of AMT with implementing audit and compliance testing team action plans

Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance or business management related discipline is a must
• At least 3 years of working experience in SOW drafting, analysis and review or periodic review with private banking industry
• OR at least 3-5 years of working experience from Big 4/ consulting background with SOW experience is welcomed
• Strong knowledge/ experience in Compliance/ AML/ Client Onboarding
• Strong research capability, analytical and organizational skills.
• Highly fluent in English and Chinese
