• Handle network related change management
• Identify root cause analysis for incidence
• Source and liaise with outsourced vendors

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent

• Familiar with Cisco, Palo alto,Meraki
• Familiar with SD-WAN,MPLS, LAN/WAN, wireless, VoIP, firewall, etc,
• Certified with CCIE/ CCNP is preferred
• Fluent in English and Chinese
