Recuitment Consultant

Responsibilities:

  • Handling the whole recruitment process from searching the potential candidates to offer negotiation 
  • Performing new clients acquisition by identifying new opportunities through different channels
  • Building long lasting and good relationship with existing clients
  • Providing professional consultation on employment market and best practice sharing to employers and candidates
  • Keeping neat and traceable records in the system
 
Requirements:
 
  • School Cert.
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
  • Self -driven and able to work under pressure
  • People oriented, genuinely interested in others benefits
  • Speak fluent Cantonese and English; Proficient in Mandarin will be an advantage
