  • Collaborate with customers, sales teams, and suppliers to ensure accurate order placement, timely delivery, and exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate order fulfillment activities, including inventory management, procurement, and logistics, to ensure on-time and in-full delivery.
  • Monitor order status, track shipments, and resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the fulfillment process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including purchase orders, shipping records, customs documents, and invoices.
  • Manage and analyze inventory levels to minimize stockouts and excess inventory while optimizing storage and warehouse utilization.
  • Work closely with sales teams to understand customer requirements, forecast demand, and provide timely updates on order status and delivery timelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as production, quality control, and finance, to ensure seamless order processing and resolve any supply chain-related issues.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the order fulfillment process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations in the handling of chemical and industrial materials.

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in supply chain management, preferably in the industrial industry
  • Strong knowledge of order fulfillment processes, logistics, and inventory management principles.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, sales teams, and suppliers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and implement improvements.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
