Senior Manager or Assistant Manager – Underwriting - Insurance company

Responsibilities:
  • Process individual life and health applications for high-net-worth cases
  • Train and monitor performance of junior underwriters
  • Supervise hotline services for agents and brokers
  • Provide training to agents or brokers
  • Establish underwriting procedures, guidelines, and operating rules
  • Propose detailed business requirements for underwriting system for enhancing the automatic underwriting capabilities
  • Compile the underwriting related content to regulator
  • Participate in the reinsurance
Requirements:
  • University graduates with 7 - 10 years’ relevant working experience
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Detail-minded, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese. Mandarin is preferred
