Personal Loans Sales Or Operation Officer

Our Client is a licensed financial company in Hong Kong and providing Personal Loans services to local clients. She is looking for a Personal Loans Sales Officer and a Personal Loans Operation Officer to strengthen her team with the following details :-

Job Duties :

- For Sales Officer : to handle walk in or referred clients for personal loans services, handle their enquiries, assess their cases and pass to operation department for approval processing. Also, to develop potential and new clients, to achieve sales targets and meet company’s objectives;

- For Operation Officer : to process the personal loans application documents, perform credit analysis, evaluation and recommend loan approval according to the established credit guidelines and to provide loan sales support

Job Requirements :

• Degree in Business/Finance/Banking with at least 3 years' relevant experience in Money-Lending Service/Banking & Personal Loan Industry;
• Possess sound knowledge in personal loans and skilful in promoting personal loan products;
• Energetic, mature with drive and powerful in client servicing;
• Has good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.
