Administration Assistant / Officer - Welcome overseas graduates (5 Days, 17K - 20K)

Requirements

  • University graduate from overseas university. Welcome fresh graduates
  • 0 - 1 year relevant experience in administration or clerical work
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; Mandarin is preferred
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing

Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative and general clerical support
  • Handle daily report 
  • Data entry and document checking
  • Handle the ad hoc tasks as assigned
