Assistant Manager – Group IT Finance

The Group Information Services Department, located in Hunghom, strives to serve the IT needs of Head Office and is responsible for co-ordinating IT related services within the CK Hutchison Group.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the review and preparation of business cases for IT projects
• Prepare IT spend reports and manage financial control processes
• Support budget and forecast with documentation and justification
• Assist in the development of charging mechanism and manage cost recovery process
• Analyze the group wide IT spending, supplier contracts and IT project costs
• Handle ad hoc requests for information and analysis

Requirements:

• University degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
• Qualified member of professional accounting bodies
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in management reporting and budgeting
• Experience in IT spend analysis is an advantage
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Independent, proactive and able to adapt to new technology
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
