Requirements

• Degree holder
• Fresh graduate are also welcomed
• Good command in written and spoken in English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing
• Good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipping documents
• Coordinate with customers, factories, forwarders and shipping company  
• Handle customer enquires
• Daily update information in system
• Perform clerical duties and prepare regular reports
