Assistant Manager or Manager – Agency Training - Insurance co

 Responsibilities:

  • Act as a key person in coordinating activities of the Industrial Award Program
  • Assist to formulate training development strategies, identify training needs and deliver training programs to our Insurance Consultants
  • Accredit CPD courses from HKCAAVQ 
  • Formulate e-learning courses 
  • Implement the new learning approaches and materials to deliver effective training
  • Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • University graduate, preferably with a degree in Finance or Business
  • At least 5 years’ training experience
  • Experience in financial or insurance industry is a definite advantage
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills with positive mindset
  • Excellent command of both English and Chinese
