Administration Assistant (Fresh Grad welcome)

Requirements 

  • Higher Diploma holder or above in any discipline.
  • At least 1 years’ experience in administrative works.
  • Independent, detail-minded, self-initiative and good interpersonal and communication skill.
  • Good command of written and spoken in Chinese & English.
  • Proficiency in PC knowledge, including MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing.

 


Responsibilities:

  • Handle admin related task such as answering enquiries and recruitment process.
  • Provide support in payroll processing.
  • Support receptionist and assistants while they are on leave such as greeting guest and outdoor task.
  • Manage documentation, including filing and organising records.
  • Assist superior in other administrative works and ad-hoc tasks.
