Regional Operations Specialist

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering
  • 2-3 years relevant experience in work coordination with project implementation experience
  • Working experience in sourcing/buying office or forwarder
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
  • Proficient in MS office application.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide support on all aspects of business operations and home office projects
  • Liaise with International Buying Offices operations teams on change management and facilitate technical needs with IT teams
  • Assess technical and operational requirements of process improvement projects
  • Work with suppliers to make sure first sale documents are submitted timely and accurately
