IT Helpdesk Support (Perm, immediately available is an advantage)

Job Description

  • Answer and respond to calls, emails, service portal, and online chat
  • Research required information using available resources
  • Identify and escalate priority issues
  • Route calls to appropriate parties according to available guideline
  • Follow up customer calls where necessary
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
  • Complete call logs
  • Prepare reports

 

Requirements

  • 1 year IT support experience
  • DSE / HKCEE, high school diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of call center telephony and technology
  • Good command in Cantonese and English, Putonghua is an advantage
  • Experience working for IT helpdesk / IT Call Center is an advantage
  • 5-day work a week
  • Shift duties may be required with compensation leave / shift allowance
  • Welcome fresh graduates
