Finance Manager - Reporting and Planning (Ref: 230001YW)

Responsibilities

• Manage the financial and management reporting, and budgeting and forecasting at Group level, including reviewing submission of business units and other group companies and providing accounting and tax advices
• Manage and deliver the Hong Kong and international tax reporting, including Base Erosion and Profit Shifting 2.0 (BEPS 2.0) at Group level, as well as coordinating with local finance teams of Mainland China and overseas hubs to ensure related tax reporting compliance
• Assist in managing accounts payable and receivable functions to ensure accuracy, efficiency and compliance with the Corporation’s policies and procedures
• Prepare professional financial analyses and presentation materials for the Group to facilitate senior management’s strategic decisions

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting / Finance / Business Administration or a related discipline
• Possession of a recognised professional qualification, such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent
• A minimum of 6 years’ post qualification experience with exposure in leading CPA firms and/or multi-national listed groups, of which 2 years should be at managerial / senior supervisory level
• Strong logical and analytical skills and business acumen with sound knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (“IFRSs”), Hong Kong and international tax laws, Hong Kong Companies Ordinance and Hong Kong Listing Rules
• Solid knowledge in financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting
• Strong knowledge in BEPS 2.0 is an advantage
• Excellent communication and reporting writing skills in both English and Chinese
• Able to work independently and under pressure
